Job Description

Qualification : Any Graduation.

  • Listen and respond to customers needs and concerns.
  • Review or make changes to customer accounts.
  • Handle returns or complaints.
  • Record details of customer contacts and actions taken.
  • Research answers or solutions as needed.
  • Provide support and maintenance to existing Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
  • Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
  • Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
  • Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
  • Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication.
  • Answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and
    services.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the
    cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting
    correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Job Requirements

  1. Oral and written communication skills
  2. Microsoft Excel knowledge will be an added advantage.
