Job Description
Qualification : Any Graduation.
- Listen and respond to customers needs and concerns.
- Review or make changes to customer accounts.
- Handle returns or complaints.
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken.
- Research answers or solutions as needed.
- Provide support and maintenance to existing Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
- Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
- Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
- Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
- Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication.
- Answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and
services. - Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the
cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting
correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Job Requirements
- Oral and written communication skills
- Microsoft Excel knowledge will be an added advantage.
Those who are pursuing degree are also applicable.
